All residential and commercial clients are responsible for moving heavy furniture and appliance, and any cost of damages as a result of a failure to do so must be borne by the customer. Any breakables or irreplaceable items should be removed from the service area, and if there are any special moving instructions that apply, clients must let our cleaning technicians know this in advance.

Individual carpet drying time can vary due to a number of different factors, including outside temperature and carpet density. In order to speed up the drying time, we advise that your properly ventilate the area, and ensure adequate air circulation. While the carpet drying time can be as little as 20 minutes in the right conditions, it may take up to 2 hours. This still applies even if fabric protection products are applied to the carpet after it was cleaned.

Please also note that carpets can be slippery when wet. You should therefore avoid walking on these carpets wherever possible until they are thoroughly dried.
